FAQS – USER REGISTRATION

• Creating an Account with Empty Trading Portal

An Empty Trading Account will give you access to the services available on the Empty Trading portal. To create an Empty Trading Account, follow these steps:

1. Click on the “Register” tab.
2. You will be directed to a registration page, where you will be required to fill out your details.
3. Verify your email address by clicking the link in the email sent to your inbox.
4. When creating an account, please keep these guidelines in mind:
   1. Don't re-use your password on other sites across the web.
   2. Your Empty Trading Account username should be an email address from which you currently send and receive mail.

FAQS – MARKET QUERY

• When would the products requested be added to the available products list?

   The requested products would be added to the available products list once we have enough information regarding the requested products.

• Are there any charges to request a product?

   The user will not be charged for requesting a product.

• What is validity of the amount recharged in the account?

   The amount recharged in the account will be valid for 6 months from the date of the recharge, after which the amount would lapse and the account balance would be    reduced to 0.

• What is minimum amount with which I can recharge my account?

   You can recharge your account with minimum $ US 10.

• What are the options available for recharging my account?

   You can recharge your account with $10, $25, $50 & $100.

• Can I raise a query for more than one service at a time?

   Yes, you can raise a query for the services in any combination or all three together. The charges would be applicable as listed for individual services.

• What if I raise a query about a product and the information regarding it is not available?

   In a scenario, where we are not able to provide the user an access to a particular information, the payment made, shall be refunded within a weeks time.

• Can I avail the services immediately after making the payment to recharge my account?

   Yes, the amount with which you recharge your account would be available immediately.

• Can I view all the transactions or account details of the queries raised?

   Yes, you can view all the transaction of your account along with the charges deducted from your account, after logging in your account under My account section.

• What are the charges of the services available i.e . Market price, demand Strength & Price Trend?
